Beer City fest
This year Asheville is the sole winner of the Beer City USA title. The on-line poll at examiner.com has become a yearly battle between Portland, Oregon and our own Asheville, North Carolina.
For 2010 examiner.com writer/ craft beer advocate/ Brewers Association president, Charlie Papazian declares Asheville, NC the winner of the contest.
I look forward to being a beer tourist in Asheville this Memorial day weekend and will post a trip report with a lot of pictures next week! Let me know if there any events I should know about!
