WBF-Durham needs a location!

Article on Tradingmarkets.com and the Herald Sun indicate that the location for the World Beer Festival for Durham is up in the air.

DURHAM — It appears that the World Beer Festival is going to follow the Bull Durham Blues Festival out of Durham Athletic Park, thanks to worries city and Minor League Baseball Inc. officials have about the old stadium’s field.

During a recent budget review, City Manager Tom Bonfield told elected officials that the “beer festival this year is proposed to go back to the” Durham Bulls Athletic Park, its temporary home in 2008 while the DAP was undergoing a city-paid facelift.
